Collection Agent - Experienced Only

I am looking for an experienced Collection Agent to assist me with fee collection. The ideal candidate should have experience in debt collection, specifically in the education industry.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in debt collection, with a focus on fee collection
- Familiarity with the education industry and its specific debt collection practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on outstanding debts

Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
- Sending out payment reminders and following up on overdue accounts
- Keeping accurate records of all collection activities
- Providing regular updates on the status of outstanding debts
- Working closely with the client to develop strategies for effective debt collection
