Client Relationship Manager - USA

I am looking for Part Time, or Freelancer for Client Relationship Management.
Job Description:
- Answering clients call, if any (Iw will be very minimal I can say)
- Replying email
- Scheduling appointment with delivery team
- Following up with prospects
- Customer relationship development

Must be living in USA.
