We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to keep our finances in order. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounts payable and receivable, keeping track of employee expenses, requesting invoices from vendors and other services, and assigning payments to vendors. We are looking for someone who has experience with a variety of bookkeeping software platforms, including Quickbooks and Service Auto Pilot. This is a part time position usually requiring 10-12 hours per week with very flexible hours.
