Anchors for home video shoot

I need an anchor who can show across the house while describing it in Telugu and English. He should be talking about the features of the house expressively. He should create an interest in the product(house) for the viewers through his explanation. Content for speaking will be provided. He should be present in Hyderabad and be within the age gap of 25yrs-35yrs.
