Description:
I'm hiring a full-service YouTube content creator to take full responsibility for producing high-quality long-form videos (8–15 minutes) for a faceless YouTube channel in the celebrity news, drama, and entertainment niche.

This is a long-term role for someone who understands viral video storytelling, follows celebrity trends, and can independently create engaging YouTube-ready content from scratch—including scriptwriting, voiceover, editing, and thumbnail design.

Your Responsibilities:
✅ Research and write original, compelling scripts based on trending celebrity news & drama
✅ Record natural-sounding voiceovers (preferably AI-style or real voice if high quality)
✅ Fully edit the video with pacing, zooms, transitions, b-roll, sound effects, and engaging cuts
✅ Use royalty-free media (b-roll, background music, sound) — NO copyrighted content
✅ Add captions, titles, and motion graphics to boost retention
✅ Design a click-worthy thumbnail for each video
✅ Deliver 1080p HD video, optimized for YouTube and free from strikes

Content Guidelines:
• Niche: Celebrity gossip, drama, scandals, trending news
• Style: Fast-paced, high retention, engaging in the first 3 seconds
• Length: 8–15 minutes per video
• No copyrighted content — must follow YouTube monetization rules
• No controversial, violent, or explicit topics — content must be family-friendly

Requirements:
• Proven experience creating long-form faceless YouTube videos
• Strong research & scriptwriting skills
• Good voiceover quality (human or AI, no robotic TTS)
• Video editing software proficiency (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Portfolio of relevant YouTube work (include links)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Deliverables & Volume:
• 4–5 fully produced videos per week

Each video must include:
• Script
• Voiceover
• Edited video
• Thumbnail
