janitor for school building 80-100 square meters

As a school, we are looking for a janitor to keep our 80-100 square-meter school building clean and tidy. We require basic cleaning services such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and wiping surfaces, and emptying trash bins and recycling. These should be done on a weekly basis. We do not require any additional services such as window cleaning or deep carpet cleaning.
