Monthly Office Cleaning Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m arranging a regular cleaning rotation for our office building and want a team that can come in once a month after business hours. The scope is narrow and clear:
Deliverables
• Individual offices thoroughly cleaned—desks, partitions, carpets, bins, glass and touch-points all dust-free and sanitised.
• All restrooms scrubbed—toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors and dispensers left spotless and fully restocked.
Acceptance criteria: no visible dust or stains, floors streak-free, bins emptied and relined, consumables replenished, and a quick sign-off walk-through with my facilities lead before your crew leaves.
Bring your own professional-grade equipment and supplies (eco-friendly products preferred) and hold appropriate insurance for commercial work. Scheduling is flexible, but the entire job must be completed in a single evening or weekend window each month. If your team can meet these points reliably, let’s set up a walk-through of the space and lock in the first date.
