Education and training programs that certify Janitorial workers -- 2

I am looking for $50,000 to $150,000 in grant money to start a new business. I am 72 years old. I have 30 years of experience in busines development, sales and management. I want to create a certification program for people working in the janitorial Industry. These are very uneducated people who need to guidance and training. The Certification will help employees in the industry acquire better jobs which will line their pockets and create a much higher self esteem. The curriculum can be offered online or in a classroom setting. The instructors will have 10 years experience in cleaning techniques targeted industries such as Medical, Religious, facilities Transportation, Government and Residential.
