The core work centers on regular office cleaning, but I also need full-scale clean outs—including challenging hoarder situations—and occasional storage-building clean-ups for both commercial and residential properties.
Thoroughness is non-negotiable; every surface, fixture and high-traffic area must look and smell truly clean when you leave. Because many of these spaces are shared or client-facing, I require eco-friendly products that are safe for staff, visitors and pets. Clear, courteous communication is equally important: schedules sometimes shift, so I need a team that can adapt quickly while keeping me updated.
Deliverables for each job:
• Routine office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, restrooms, break rooms, bins emptied, floors mopped)
• One-off or phased clean outs of vacant or cluttered spaces
• Sensitive hoarder clean-ups handled with care and discretion
• Storage-building clean outs, including removal and proper disposal or recycling of unwanted items
