Project for enablers web solutions : Our new commercial space has just come off a construction site and I need a detail-oriented crew to bring the interiors up to move-in condition. The work is limited to the common areas—hallways, lobbies, shared break-out zones—so you can focus your efforts where foot traffic will be heaviest.
Dust removal, floor polishing, wiping down fixtures, and making sure every visible surface is debris-free are all part of the job. Please bring the appropriate industrial-grade vacuums, microfiber systems, and any low-odor, non-corrosive cleaning products suited for freshly finished surfaces; I want the space spotless but also safe for staff to occupy immediately afterward.
Acceptance is simple: once the common areas look showroom-ready with no dust streaks, adhesive residue, or construction smell, the job is complete.
