I need a reliable, detail-oriented person to visit an event venue and carry out a full janitorial walkthrough so I can prepare an accurate cleaning proposal. You will walk the entire building, noting square footage, floor types, fixture counts, and any problem spots.
Key points to cover
• Survey every space—lobbies, corridors, function halls, storage rooms, and back-of-house areas.
• Pay special attention to restrooms and the kitchen; document fixture condition, supply setups, and any sanitation concerns.
• Flag high-traffic or high-soil zones that will influence labor estimates.
• Capture clear photos (phone is fine) that show floor conditions, window quantity, and any unusual surfaces.
• Send me a concise report: room-by-room measurements, surface notes, and a photo set labeled by area.
The walkthrough should take about an hour on site, with the final report returned to me within 24 hours. Experience in commercial or janitorial inspections is preferred, but strong observational skills and accuracy are the real must-haves.
