Clean Commercial Building Gutters
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need an experienced gutter-maintenance pro to clear and clean the gutters on my low-rise commercial building (1–2 stories). The exact roof area is unknown, so please be comfortable confirming measurements on site.
Here’s what I expect:
• Remove all debris from gutters and downpipes.
• Flush the entire system to confirm free-flowing water.
• Inspect for obvious damage or loose brackets and flag anything that needs repair.
• Bag and dispose of all waste off-site.
• Supply clear before-and-after photos.
Access is straightforward with ladders or a gutter-vac system—no rope access required. Work must follow current UK health & safety guidelines.
