Writer seeking long term partner (artist) for multiple projects

I have multiple comics to be worked on including some with already written scripts. I’m looking for someone willing to work with me, get to know me, and help me bring all of this to life and even help with ideas and what not. I really am asking for more than just a freelance gig. It’s my hope we can become friends and work together (very) long term. Please reach out if you’re interested. This is definitely a paid job but as the funding is coming straight out of my pocket I do ask that you be open to negotiating and keep in mind a promise of increased pay as we continue to work together and hopefully publish our work.
