Semi Realistic Medieval Fantasy Comic Artwork
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm in need of a talented artist to illustrate a set of comic book style artwork. The style required is semi realistic and the setting is medieval fantasy.
Key Requirements:
- Semi Realistic Art: The art should be detailed and realistic, bringing to life the medieval fantasy setting.
- Multiple Characters: Each piece will feature more than 5 characters, so experience in illustrating group scenes is crucial.
- The project is for a total of around 95 separate images. Most are small images but 6 are detailed large pictures (see brief for details)
- No use of AI tools to assist in creation of the images
- The images must be your own work and ownership of the images signed over on completion of the project
- The project will have progressive milestones after phases are complete. A complete Art brief package is created detailing each artworks requirement
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong Portfolio: Prior experience with comic book art, especially in a similar setting, will be highly beneficial.
- Semi Realistic Art: A clear understanding and capability of realistic art style.
- Group Illustrations: Proven ability to illustrate scenes with many characters without compromising quality.
- Medieval Fantasy: Knowledge or experience in drawing medieval fantasy settings.
In your proposal, kindly include your portfolio showcasing your realistic artwork and comic book samples. A strong understanding of medieval fantasy themes will be an added advantage. Looking forward to seeing your talent!
