Comic Book Artist For Historical 20s series

Artist wanted for comic about silent film icon Louise Brooks. Paid. Name your rates. Please provide a link to portfolio of preferably sequential comic art.
Silent film icon Louise Brooks drifts through a single self-destructive night in 1920s Berlin; seeking a mysterious gift, she brushes paths with the city of sex’s inhabitants present and future, and ultimately… herself, in a darkly re-imagined biographic fairy tale.
Initially after 5 pages/cover, some poster art, but with a 3 issue series in mind.

I've posted this before and been trying to find the right artist for a while, and have found people who are committed but can't draw Louise (a problem), or can draw Louise but are too busy with other projects.
This is not a full time job, and can be fitted in with your other work. I’ll commission pages to suit your and my schedule.
I would like to find someone who isn’t business-driven and passionate about comics and this project and wants to do it and hopefully has some creative rapport with me.
Would love to find someone who has a style similar to Attilio Micheluzzi or David Mazzuchelli. Open to painted or line art. Something dark might work too. Prefer traditional media to computer inking. Some work in progress attached - all of which needs re-doing.
