Packing medical device in Hospital

We need a person to send to an Hospital in Toledo ( Spain ) for the packing operations of our material to close in a wooden case. The time needed for this operation will be about 2 houres and Italian team will be connected from remote to guide the person in this operations. This activity will be execute in one day of next week.
We prefer to choice a freelancer near the city of Toledo considering the level of effort ot this task.
