Mixed-use Property Manager Needed

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 6–10 mixed-use properties located in the United Kingdom. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Rent Collection: Ensure timely and accurate rent processing
Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate with vendors and handle work orders
Tenant Screening: Support leasing process and evaluate potential tenants
Reporting: Maintain digital records of payments, inspections, and communications
Property Oversight: Manage both residential and commercial spaces within the portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in property management is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided
-Comfortable managing mixed-use buildings
-Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, or property management platforms
-Self-starter with excellent time management and accountability

Nice to Have:
Prior experience with Airbnb, Hostaway, or Guesty
Familiarity with UK tenancy standards (not mandatory)
Based in Europe, the UK, or Latin American time zones
