I'm in need of a dedicated customer service representative to work full time. Ideally, you should have experience in last mile delivery to understand the nature of our business better. Moreover, having worked with Zoho Desk is highly advantageous as this is our primary customer service channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers primarily through email, phone and live chat.
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and updating customer records in Zoho Desk
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in last mile delivery preferred

- Excellent written communication skills
