We are seeking a U.S. citizen to help me as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering incoming calls and assisting with inquiries about our products and services. Your responsibility will include resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. You will also document customer interactions in our system to ensure accurate follow-up and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and a strong ability to listen and empathize with customers. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
