I have a collection of wedding footage that needs to be shaped into both long-form and short-form films. I want a cinematic highlight, a complete ceremony cut, and reception segments that feel alive on social feeds.
Because every moment tells its own story, the style will shift: soft and romantic during vows, upbeat for the dance floor, classic and elegant for family portraits. You’ll need to read the footage and grade, pace, and transition accordingly.
Here’s exactly where I need your help:
• Color grading that keeps skin tones natural while giving the entire film one cohesive look.
• Tasteful special effects—light leaks, subtle speed ramps, titles—only where they elevate the emotion.
• Smooth, invisible transitions so the narrative flows without jarring cuts or mismatched audio.
Final deliverables I’m expecting:
1. 3–5 min cinematic highlight reel (16:9).
2. Full ceremony edit, ready for playback start-to-finish.
3. Reception/social clips (vertical and square), trimmed and captioned for quick sharing.
4. Master exports in H.264 plus high-quality archive files, along with project files for future tweaks.
I primarily work with Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, but I’m open if you prefer Final Cut or another industry-standard tool.
