Sentimental Birthday Video Edit Needed

I have around half an hour of home-shot footage from a recent birthday celebration and want to turn it into a touching keepsake. The goal is a short highlight film that feels sentimental and emotional rather than flashy. Think gentle pacing, soft dissolves, warm colour grading, tasteful lower-third captions for names or dates, and a subtle music bed that rises at the key moments without overpowering the live audio.
Raw material: mixed-resolution clips (mostly 4K) plus a folder of candid photos and voice notes my family recorded for the guest of honour. All files sit in a Google Drive ready for download.
Preferred workflow: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro—whatever lets you add smooth stabilisation, colour balance, mild noise reduction, and tasteful transitions. If you have access to royalty-free acoustic or piano tracks that match the mood, feel free to suggest them; otherwise I will supply one.
Deliverables
• A 3–5 minute 1080p (or higher) MP4 ready to stream/share
• The editable project file with all assets properly linked
• A short, muted-audio version (≤60 s) I can post on social media
