WHAT I'M PROVIDING
MeGoingInsideMetro.MOV — Me walking into a train station in Tokyo (1920×1080, 30fps, 8.4 seconds)
MeAtFushima.MOV — Me at Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine in Kyoto — the famous red torii gate tunnel (1920×1080, 60fps, 10.15 seconds)
InstaReel.mp4 — A reference reel in the exact style I want (8.5 seconds, 720×1280 vertical). Please match the energy, pacing, and cinematic feel of this video closely.

DELIVERABLE
One finished Instagram Reel:
Format: 1080×1920 (9:16 vertical portrait — Instagram native)
Duration: 7–10 seconds total
Export: H.264 or H.265, high bitrate (minimum 10 Mbps), ready to upload directly to Instagram
EDITING REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
1. Reframe to Vertical (9:16)
Both source clips are landscape (16:9). You need to intelligently reframe/crop each clip to portrait. Do NOT just blindly center-crop — track my position in the frame so I stay centered and well-composed as I move.
2. Metro Clip — Cool, Crisp Grade
Color grade to feel clean and modern — slightly desaturated, cool blue-toned highlights
Boost contrast — deep blacks, crisp highlights
Stabilize if needed (the clip is handheld)
Trim to the best ~3–4 seconds of walking motion
3. Fushimi Inari Clip — Warm, Saturated, Cinematic Grade (most important)
The orange/red torii gates must POP — this is the hero shot of the reel
Boost saturation significantly, especially in the orange and red hue range
Push highlights toward warm orange; reduce blues in shadows for a rich, filmic feel
The gates should look vivid and glowing — think "travel magazine cover"
Trim to the best 4–5 seconds
4. Music / Audio
You can use same audio as in the reference videos with the cuts similar to reference
