I record regular team meetings and short walk-throughs of our real-estate listings and now need those clips shaped into polished, social-media-ready content. Each raw file comes in under the 30-minute mark; once edited, most end products will be much shorter.
Here’s what I expect on every video:
• Clean cutting and trimming to remove dead space or repeated takes
• Smooth, tasteful transitions and subtle effects that keep the pace engaging
• Consistent color correction and grading so every clip shares the same professional look
• Final export optimized for the major social platforms (square or vertical aspect, H.264 .mp4)
I’ll supply the footage via a shared drive along with any branding assets (logos, lower thirds, hex colors). Turnaround time and preferred collaboration tools are flexible, so let me know what works best for you.
