I have a stream of high-end residential listings that need to be showcased in slick, one-minute reels for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Each video will be a property tour aimed at conveying a luxury, aspirational vibe—think tasteful motion graphics, elegant typography, smooth transitions, and polished color grading that flatters marble countertops, hardwood floors, and skyline views alike.
Here is what I need from you:
• A 60-second vertical reel (9:16) for every property I provide, edited from the raw clips I’ll upload to a shared drive.
• On-brand intro/outro stingers, subtle logo watermark, and text call-outs for key features (square footage, amenities, location).
• Royalty-free background track suited to an upscale audience, mixed so voice-over (when supplied) remains clear.
• Final deliverables in high-quality MP4 plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whichever you prefer).
Turnaround: first draft within three days of receiving footage, with up to two refinement passes on each reel.
