Inspirational Church Theme Promo

For our upcoming annual theme I want to produce a concise, uplifting promo video that speaks directly to our congregation and stirs excitement for what God is doing in our independent Baptist church. The piece will be used in-service and across our internal channels, so the tone needs to feel personal—familiar faces, familiar pews—while still delivering a polished, cinematic finish.

Key content
• Footage of our worship services: wide shots of congregational singing, close-ups of prayer, and dynamic pulpit moments.
• Scripture-based inspirational messages woven in as tasteful lower-thirds or voice-over lines that reinforce the theme.

Look & feel
Warm colour grading, gentle transitions, and a soundtrack that supports a reverent yet hopeful atmosphere. Think 2–3 minutes in length, rendered in 1080p (or higher) MP4, with captions burned in for accessibility.

Deliverables
• Shot-list or storyboard for approval before shooting/editing
• Final edited video (1080p+ MP4)
• Separate exported captions file (.srt)
• All project files so we can update the video for future themes

Acceptance criteria
The finished piece must clearly feature our sanctuary, highlight at least three key moments of worship, incorporate the supplied theme verses verbatim, and stay within the agreed runtime.

Raw footage from recent services is ready to download, and I’ll provide the exact scripture references and branding guidelines as soon as we kick off.
