High-Contrast Video LUT Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a seasoned colorist to create bespoke LUTs that make my instructional videos pop while keeping every on-screen detail legible. The footage mostly shows an instructor in front of a screen, so I need a look that lifts mid-tones, protects skin tones, and adds punchy contrast without crushing highlight information.
The final LUTs must work seamlessly in the usual .cube format for editors in Final Cut Pro/ Compressor. I will provide representative clips so you can dial the look in accurately.
Deliverables I expect:
• 3–5 high-contrast video LUT files (.cube) ready for drop-in use
• a short note explaining the ideal exposure settings and any tweaking guidance
I’ll test the result on several sample clips; once it keeps text crisp, colors balanced, and faces natural while delivering the requested contrast, we’ll sign off. Looking forward to your expertise.
