Each reel should feel energetic, relying on quick jump cuts to keep viewers engaged from the first second to the last. Expect footage that ranges from raw ingredient prep to the final plated dish—your job is to weave it all together so it moves fast, stays clear, and never drags.
The final files must be delivered in 1080 × 1920, colour-corrected, sound-levelled, and ready for direct upload to Instagram and TikTok. A modern, royalty-free music bed is already licensed on my side; you can drop it in or suggest something equivalent if you have a better idea. Any text or graphics needed (measurements, brief tips, quick calls to action) will be supplied, but you’re welcome to finesse their timing and placement so they pop without slowing the pace.
