Our construction teams generate a steady stream of raw visual content that must be shaped into clear, stakeholder-ready updates. You will take incoming 4 K drone clips, site walk-through footage, still photography and time-lapse sequences and turn them into polished deliverables that satisfy the exact requirements written into each project RFP.

On the video side, expect to colour-grade and cut a 45–60-minute progress piece and a 10–20-minute recap for every site, plus tidy, speed-ramped time-lapse segments. For photography, you’ll retouch high-resolution images so they present cleanly in board reports. Finished videos must ship in both H.264 and ProRes; stills in optimised JPEG or PNG. I’ll supply a folder tree and naming convention that you must follow to the letter because executives open the files directly.

Turnaround is seven calendar days from receipt of the source media. Workload averages up to three full video-and-photo packages and one photo-only package per cycle, with payment released per project on approval.

Please share links to past construction progress edits, drone grades or similar long-form builds, and note which platform you prefer—Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or another NLE that can hand me project files if I need them.

Acceptance criteria:
• Colour grade adheres to provided LUT references and looks uniform across shots
• No dropped frames, banding or blown highlights in 4 K exports
• Audio peaks at −6 dB and is free from site hum where possible
• Stills are dust-free, level and compressed to ≤ 2 MB each without artefacts
• Folder structure and file names match the spec exactly
• All assets delivered inside the seven-day window
