Dynamic Real Estate Video Editing

I shoot regular walkthroughs, drone fly-overs, and neighbourhood B-roll for my listings, but I need a skilled editor to transform that raw material into punchy social-first clips that stop the scroll on Instagram and Facebook. The look I’m after is lively and modern—think quick, purposeful cuts, bold text call-outs, rhythmic jump-cuts, and the occasional speed ramp that keeps the viewer’s eye moving without feeling chaotic.

Typical source files arrive as 4K 60 fps MP4s from a Sony mirrorless and a DJI drone. You’ll colour-grade them to a bright, true-to-life palette, stabilise any shaky shots, lay in royalty-free background music that matches the tempo, and overlay my brand logo plus listing details. Final exports should include a 1080 × 1920 vertical version for Reels/Stories and a square 1080 × 1080 cut for the Facebook feed, both under 60 seconds with file sizes optimised for upload.

Deliverables each time:
• One vertical reel (MP4, 1080 × 1920, <60 s)
• One square feed version (MP4, 1080 × 1080, <60 s)
• Thumbnail image (JPEG, 1 MB max)
• Project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—your choice)
