Cinematic Wedding Film Editor
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have several hours of raw wedding footage and want it shaped into a polished, cinematic short film that feels more like an artistic piece than a conventional recap. The finished film should flow like a story, with deliberate pacing, emotive music, dramatic color grading, tasteful transitions, and seamless audio mixing.
All clips were shot in 4K; I’ll share the proxies plus a brief outline of the couple’s favorite moments. You are free to rearrange chronology as long as the narrative feels organic and visually engaging. I’m comfortable with you using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut—or any professional NLE you prefer—as long as the final export is a 4K H.264 master and a 1080p social-media version.
Deliverables
• A 4–6 minute cinematic film with color grade and balanced sound
• A 30-second teaser cut for Instagram (vertical or square)
• All project files and LUTs used, neatly organized
Acceptance criteria
• No hard cuts on beat breaks; transitions must enhance emotional beats
• Skin tones remain natural after grading
• Vocals (vows, speeches) sit cleanly above the music bed without clipping
Once the first draft is ready, I’ll provide time-coded notes; two rounds of revisions should be plenty. If this sounds like your kind of edit, let’s talk and get the footage over to you right away.
