Cinematic Wedding Film Editing
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I have 3,024 professionally shot photos, a high-quality GoPro capture of the ceremony, plus several hundred crowd-sourced clips and images from friends and family. All material needs to be woven together chronologically into one cohesive, cinematic-style film that feels like a seamless retelling of our wedding day.
Key creative notes
• The ceremony and first-dance songs must be synced perfectly to their respective moments; everything else can carry an instrumental score that fits the mood you set.
• Colour-grading, tasteful transitions, gentle motion of still images, and smooth audio mixing are essential so the final piece looks and sounds like a feature-quality wedding movie rather than a slideshow.
• Expect a long final runtime; nothing important should be cut purely for length.
Deliverables
– Final master file in 4K (plus a 1080p copy) suitable for streaming and archiving
– A version with chapter markers (ceremony, speeches, first dance, reception highlights) for easier sharing with family
– All project files or an editable package in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve—whatever you work in—so we can tweak down the line if needed
Inclusion matters to us; this is a celebration of two grooms, so we need an editor who is comfortable and enthusiastic about telling our story exactly as it happened. If that sounds good, let’s talk timelines and hand-off logistics.
