Cinematic Renovation Transformation Video Production
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I have roughly twenty-four before-and-after stills from our 1980s fixer-upper journey and a handful of portrait photos of the two of us. I’d like you to weave them into a single, cinematic-style story set to an upbeat, energetic soundtrack and finished in a 16:9 landscape master.
The narrative is already written:
“They told us we were crazy when we bought this 1980s fixer-upper... and honestly, clearing 50 meters of trees and moving 170 tons of soil almost proved them right! We knocked down walls to open up the kitchen to the pool, knocked a hole through the floor to put in a brand new staircase, converted the garage into the ultimate man cave, and built our dream outdoor bar setup. It was a massive grind, but seeing the vision come to life makes every single bit of dust worth it.”
What I need from you
• Build a cinematic flow that matches the script line-by-line, pairing each line with the most impactful before/after shot.
• Select or compose an upbeat, royalty-safe track that drives the pace yet leaves room for either on-screen captions or a recorded voice-over (I can supply the VO once a first cut is ready).
• Introduce subtle AI touches—face-guided motion, light parallax, or short animated loops—so the stills feel alive without looking gimmicky. Tools such as Runway, D-ID, Stable Video or similar are fine as long as the result is natural.
• Colour-grade, add tasteful transitions, minimal graphics, and finish with clean titles/outro.
Deliverables
1. Final 16:9 MP4 (1080p or higher) ready for YouTube and social reposting.
2. A version without music for alternate language VO, and any project files (Premiere, Resolve, After Effects, etc.) so we can tweak down the road.
3. Two revision passes after the first draft so we can lock timings and text.
