Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have raw footage of a property that needs to be turned into a polished, cinematic showcase. The goal is to highlight the home’s best features in a way that immediately captures a buyer’s attention and helps the listing stand out online.
You’ll be working with indoor and outdoor clips (including some drone shots), syncing them to a tasteful, royalty-free soundtrack, and weaving in smooth transitions, light motion graphics, and color-grading that gives everything a high-end feel. Think short, punchy, and visually striking rather than a slow walkthrough—roughly two to three minutes in final length.
Key deliverables:
• One fully edited 4K video (2-3 min) in both horizontal and vertical formats
• Color-graded, stabilized footage with cinematic transitions and licensed background music
• Simple lower-thirds for key property details (beds, baths, square footage, price)
• A 15-second teaser cut for social media
