Cinematic Edit for Black Scorpio

I have a batch of raw footage for my “Kafila – Black Scorpio” series that needs to be transformed into polished long-form videos and social-media-ready shorts. The tone I’m after is unmistakably cinematic and dramatic, so color grading, atmospheric pacing, and impactful transitions should all work together to heighten the mood. Music and sound effects are a must; they need to underscore the visuals rather than overpower them, so I expect careful audio selection, balancing, and synchronisation throughout.
You’ll receive the original clips (mixed resolutions and aspect ratios) along with a rough storyboard that marks the key beats I want highlighted. From there, I’m looking for:
• One master video suitable for YouTube (landscape, 4K or the highest resolution possible).
• Multiple short cuts—15 s, 30 s, and 60 s—in vertical format for Reels/TikTok.
• All exports in H.264 plus the editable project files.
Please keep the branding consistent, add tasteful cinematic titles when appropriate, and make sure the final pieces feel cohesive across lengths and platforms.
