Help a Grade 12 high school student discover and apply for university scholarship opportunities

My son is entering Grade 12 in high school, and would like to evaluate scholarships that might be available him for his college/university education.

We are requesting freelance help in two steps:

1) Identifying appropriate scholarship opportunities that recognize my son's unique skills/abilities/talents/abilities; and

2) Guiding him as he applies for individual scholarships, including the materials required for the scholarship applications, and all relevant deadlines.

Please provide me with a budget for each step in the scholarship process.
