Magazine Clipping Portrait Recreation

I need a portrait recreated using clippings from a specific magazine article. The article is attached and I would like to recreate the picture in collage form from clippings of their article (picture of them on the boat; Not the entire magazine cover). Incase this is not specific enough, I want the article cut up into little pieces and the image recreated from the clippings - I do not know what this type of art would be called? Ideal size would be no larger than 12" wide but I am open to suggestions.

Requirements:
- Use clippings from a designated article.
- Accurate portrayal of the original portrait.
