Upgrade Legacy Cold Fusion Program

Have a legacy web based animation program using early version of Cold Fusion to operate Management System. Have a backup of last operating version of the website. Looking for someone who could reinstall using the older version of Cold Fusion and upgrade to a newer version which could be hosted on current web servers supporting Cold Fusion.
