Coldfsusion Application Instagram API

We want to build an application that uses the Instagram API to get information from the users in a database. We have the userid and username from Instagram. but need to get more information that is provided by the Instagram API. all of this needs to be built in Coldfusion. and the app must be able to grab at least 1000 per load. if it can not be done to stop when there is no more automatically.
