COLDFUSION APPLICATION.CFC: CF9 to CF10 Migration: CFloginUser Failing in web application

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with a project involving ColdFusion. I have a web application migrate CF9 to CF10 server, which includes a CFloginUser CFC. The login page has been failing in CF10 and the login page appears constantly even when logged in.
