Sales Closer Needed: Cold Outreach to Dentists – Close Deals Using My Demo Link (30% Commission)

The Role – How We Work Together:
This is a partnership, not a traditional job. You will work with me as a core team member. Your only job is outreach and closing. Here is exactly how our workflow operates from start to finish.
First, you identify dental practices with outdated or low-performing websites. You reach out to them via cold email or cold calls using my demo link to show them what we can build. You handle all the communication and you close the deal. Once you have confirmation from the client that they want to move forward, you let me know the deal is closed.
Next, I step in. I send the client a professional agreement paper and invoice. We all hop on a video call together so everyone is aligned on expectations and the scope of work. Once the client signs and pays me, I build the website for the client. And after I receive the client's payment, I split the commission with you.
Compensation – 30% Commission, No Upfront, No Escrow:
You get paid 30% of the total project value after the client pays me. There is no upfront payment and no escrow. I pay you directly within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the client's payment. I do not make money unless you make money. We win together.
Here are real examples of what you earn. If the project is worth $3,000, you earn $900. If it's $5,000, you earn $1,500. If it's $7,000, you earn $2,100. If it's $10,000, you earn $3,000. One single deal puts $900 to $3,000 in your pocket, and there is no cap on how many deals you can bring in.

You must have proven sales experience. Show me you can close. You need to be comfortable with cold email and cold calling. You need to be persuasive, resilient, and hungry. You handle the outreach and the closing. I handle the agreements, the invoices, the video calls, and the website building. We are a team.
What I Will Provide For You:
I will give you my demo link so you can show clients exactly what we build. I will provide you with a sample agreement paper and invoice so you know what the client receives. I will join you on video calls with the client to close the deal together. And I will handle all the design and development work so you can focus purely on sales.
Important Notes:
There is no upfront payment or salary. If you are looking for a retainer, this is not for you. There is no escrow. I pay you directly after the client pays me. I am building a long-term team, so if you bring results, you will get first priority on all future leads and higher commission splits as we grow.
