Cognos Active Dashboard Creation -- 2

I need an experienced Cognos specialist to turn my in-progress Active Dashboard concept into a fully functioning, interactive deliverable. The data lives in a SQL Server database, so the first task is to establish and test the database connection inside Cognos Analytics. From there, I want you to model the data (or build the necessary queries) and lay out a set of visual components—specifically dynamic charts, graphs, and detailed tables/grids—that respond smoothly to prompts and filters.

The goal is a self-contained Active Report/dashboard that I can share with stakeholders online or offline, with sensible navigation, consistent styling, and snappy performance even on larger data volumes. Please follow Cognos best practices, comment any reusable code blocks, and hand over a short deployment note so I can refresh or migrate the dashboard later.

Deliverables
• Verified SQL Server data source in my Cognos environment
• Completed Active Dashboard (.mht / .mhtml or *.zip if using the web-based viewer) featuring the requested visualizations
• Brief hand-off document (or recorded walkthrough) covering refresh steps, parameter edits, and any custom JavaScript or CSS you add
