write me a livescript to run on Adobe illustrator

need a script to automate multiple steps in adobe illustrator (more complicated than using actions). The script would identify areas/colours within images (photo analysis based on colours), reduce the colour range (possibly using image tracing) and divide a photo into colour sections (24-40 colours) and numbering each section based on the colour, resize the whole image and prepare for printing. Will also need a colours palette created and have it numbered based on the numbering created in the steps above and list of the colour code/reference #.
