A plug-in creating for crypto exchange

I would like a plug-in developing for the purpose of handling requests from reward tokens on my exchange. The exchange already handles normal requests and has working wallets but is not able to handle reward token tokenomics which when buyers purchase a token/coin they are charged a tax when bought and a tax when sold, the holders of the coin earn reflections (or rewards, some tokens offer to send our these rewards every 60 minutes) which needs to reflect in their wallets held within my exchange.

There is an option for the developer of this to be offered equity on completion and future work within the exchange.
