I need a programmer for a data processing program

At present I am using spreadsheets to order and process a catalog. I then manually copy and paste the spreadsheet into text documents according to a result of a race. The output is then used in OBS for some streaming graphics. I need a program which enables me to quickly decide the results of the race and also enter a time and output to a text file which can be read by OBS. I also I need this to output to another text file which can be inputted into twitter. I am happy to talk about this on a call.
