I need a coder to develop a Web gui for basic serial commands

I have a basic serial control string in n1, n2, value notation that needs to have a Web gui hosted on an rpi2 for local network only use.
It is to control a 4ch microphone amplifier that has mute, vol up, vol down and phantom voltage on/off per channel. Address of Web page to be linked to ip address so that multiple instances may exist on the same subnet. Manual for the microphone amp attached. This is a one-off project for a school. Many thanks
