I need a coder

We are a small accountancy firm, based in the Midlands. We would like to create a simple dashboard to display key information, targets and KPIs most of which is held on the database of our IRIS accountancy software (data held on our server), the rest on a spreadsheets. The idea is create a regularly updating display (on screens on the wall of partners' offices (and maybe on an app on our phone?), which we can use to motivate and inform.
