!coders! Air drawing art installation

I need some code that will capture a drawing made with a finger from live video feed ( like drawing in the air with your finger). I then need it to print the image via printer and clear it for the next person (ideally using simple hardware like buttons).

I am very new to code and am attempting it with some code I have found however I cannot get the open cv or numpy to work properly.
