a .DXF file contains descriptions in three sections: (1) a Legend (to be converted to a text-document); ; (2) a verbal description including a list of materials (to be added to the text-document AND just for the list of materials exported to a EXCEL file-table); (3) a table with dimensions (to be added to the text-document AND exported to a second EXCEL file-table).
