azure speech to text recorder and AI analysis

I need to develop a recording system based on the Azure Speech to Text service that will transcribe audio data and perform AI analysis to identify emotions and keywords and consolidate subject matter. The desired output format for the transcribed audio is a Word document, and I expect the volume of audio data to be in the range of 1-3 hours. In addition to transcribing the audio, I also want the AI to analyze it for both emotions and keywords and to draft a condensed file note.
