Writing code in RTL for InvestorRT

I am looking for a skilled developer to write code in RTL for InvestorRT for ongoing work. The main purpose of the code is to collect data on certain price patterns to work out statistical probabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing code in RTL or be able to learn quickly how to do this.
